OBSERVATIONS

1. Teams may make a pre-registration when they wish. When a team has bee n accepted as a participant in the Tournament, an official invitation will be sent to the e-mail contact. The team should then proceed to take step 3. as soon as possible.
   
   
2. The registration fee includes: match expenses, commemorative T- shirt, one beer, two sandwich and fruit.
   
   
3. The registration fees should be transferred to the following account:

   The minimum fee is 540 euros.
   
   Note: Bank charges must be paid by the registering team (we do not wish to have to chase you to reimburse these charges on the day of the Tournament). Should you bring more persons than you have paid for, t he difference must be paid before you participate in the Tournament.
   
   
4. Professional and semi-professional players are not permitted to play in t he Tournament.
   
   
5. We can put you in touch with the Tournament travel agency (isabel@viajespeople.com) should you be interested in obtaining accommodation.
   
   Note: Please note that insurance cover is not included in the
   the registration fee. Each team should therefore take responsibility for
   organising insurance for their players during the tournament.
